WARRANTY & TERMS OF SERVICE

Thank you for your interest and support of Press Start Tech and Games.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Press Start.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

This Limited Warranty also provides the purchaser a 30 day window from time of purchase to return covered products for a full refund for any reason. If no defect is present, the cost of the protection plan will not be refunded.

During the Warranty Period, Press Start will once and only once repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

If problem is within 30 days of the original purchase date: Press Start will offer a full refund of both the product and the protection plan.

If problem is within 30 days but the purchaser does not want a refund, or if problem is not within first 30 days: Press Start will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or replace the Product as a whole. The decision will be solely up to OUR discretion.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods covered by a protection plan purchased from Press Start is 365 days from the date of purchase.

A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 365 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

  • Damages caused by tampering or attempted modifications to the product by the purchaser.

  • Damages caused by drops or use outside of the common use of the item. Common use shall be determined solely at OUR discretion.

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. If services are deemed necessary, the product must be brought into Press Start with the receipt and proof of protection plan.
